Returns:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital products (e.g., Simply Piano app access once activated)

• Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
